Got my meat in for Xmas

Normally we have turkey, but for many reasons I didn't raise my own this year so were going to make a change, I had thought of killing one of the geese, but I'm saving that till easter.

This year we will do our Christmas dinner the way the French do it, Christmas Eve, Paul, Dan and Mike are at work on Monday morning, no boxing day in France, so seemed a sensible way to do it.
