Beef and Kidney pie

I have made Pot au feu so many times, this is the left overs from the one I made the day before in my slow cooker, its only now that I realise I've never posted a recipe for one.
I will do one soon with photographs, but as summer has decided to return it won't be just yet. Pot au Feu is a stew, cheap belly of beef, vegetables and stock, simmered traditionally on the fire, hence the name. This weeks also included kidneys.
Using bought puff pastry I turned the left overs into this delicious pie.
