Foraging is something I'm keen to learn more about. I was coming back from shopping and wanted to pick up some pine cones, these make great fire-lighters. I stopped near a group of pine trees, picked up some kindling pine cones and some Christmacy holly, I then spotted some large Cepe de Bordeaux, delicious mushrooms and a lot of smaller, what I was sure was a relation to the Cepe, just in case I took them down the pharmacy and had them checked, all good eating.

We were given 7 huge cepes last night, we had them for dinner last night, lunch today and dinner again tonight, I feel a bit like a mushroom at the moment :) Diane
