So simple and so tasty, in France they have the Promo's, industry agreed sales of food, pretty much taken in turns for different meats but both pork and rabbit are on promo at the moment, the farmers breed more pigs, the abattoirs work more hours and the pork is sold cheaper.
So I bought some liver, €3.10 a kilo, bargain. sautéed some onions, dusted the liver in flour, sealed the liver in with the onions, added stock and a little Worcestershire sauce, reduced then served with my special mash.
Recipe for special mash, accidentally over cook some Brussel sprouts, mash them in with your potatoes and tell husband you read the recipe some where when he asks where the sprouts have gone.
