Near Bordeaux, they took some lovely photographs from the Dune du Pilat (or dune du Pyla).The dune is about 60,000,000 m³, measuring around 500m wide (from East to West) by 3 km long (from North to South). Its height is 107 metres above sea level. It is the largest sand dune in Europe and is located at La Teste-de-Buch in the Gironde. Here's a few of photographs.
